Group Training:
Our small group classes are limited to groups of 10
students. We keep it small to ensure our coaches can teach proper technique and
help you reach your goal, whether that is increasing strength, losing weight,
building skills, or improving your daily life.
A class will never be exactly the same, but will always
combine a safe, effective mix of strength and conditioning that will deliver
results!
Cross
Training:
This is a metabolism boosting workout utilizing multiple joint
movements and full body exercises performed at a high intensity. The workouts move quickly, the exercises are constantly
changing, and it forces you to use your whole body as a unit. It incorporates
super effective strength moves that build firm and lean muscle which is key to
building a robust metabolism. Get ready for your fitness to get fired up.
Sweat
45:
This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. 45 minutes of heart pounding, sweat drenching, muscle pumping work!! It will push you like you’ve never been pushed before. Each class is customized and never the same. But don’t let the name fool you. Even if you think you are not ready for Sweat45, there are always options you will be provided with to keep you safe but still have fun and get in a great workout. You are in control of your results and Sweat45 is the perfect way to push yourself to your limits!
Foundations
of Strength:
This class will be less intense compared to our Bootcamp and
Cross-training classes, focusing solely on building STRONG, capable human
beings through weight training, body weight training and plyometric work as
well. Whether you need to start from the very basic level or you have some
lifting experience this class is for EVERYONE.
Small Group Training:
If you are wanting the personal touch of a
personal training session that you may not get in a group exercise class and you
and a couple friends or you and your significant other want to workout together this is a great option to get
the energy of a group setting and also the attention that you would like.
Personal Training:
Working with a personal trainer can be the push you need to finally change and transform your body into what you have always wanted. We will work with you to come up with a fitness plan that is customized with your fitness goals, limits and overall expectations. This will include but is not limited to setting up your schedule so that you will receive the best results from your workout for continuing your life outside the gym. We will consult you on your diet, your rest and recovery and things you can do to not only improve your health but improve life in general.
